April Photo Friday: Intimate Landscapes

SLsp38 Dianthus and Buttercups, Skowhegan working

Join us on April 10th at 7:00p.m. at the Schoolhouse Gallery for “Intimate Landscapes”, part of our Photo Friday series.

For this installment, John Orcutt and Cameron Held will show images of often-overlooked, close-in landscape subjects and will describe how they photograph these vignettes, always present in the natural world. They will share their experiences and the excitement at the moment-of-discovery, when finding these small-scale scenes.

Photo Fridays is a series of presentations, covering various photographic topics, aimed at discussing our work with others. Through these discussions, we intend to provide information about techniques, equipment and possibilities employed to create well-executed, meaningful photographs.

Join us for this FREE event on April 10th at 7:00 p.m at our gallery (266 Main St Kingfield). There will be light appetizers and refreshments available.
